PRIVACY POLICY

Welcome to Wizard Enterprises, Inc.! We’re so glad that You’ve taken the time to read Our Privacy Policy, and it’s important that You read it from beginning to end.

We believe that a contract should answer fundamental questions about the relationship between the parties to the contract. So, We’ve set up Our Privacy Policy in a question and answer format. We hope that it makes it easier to read and understand.

Please read the Privacy Policy from start to finish.

Let’s start by establishing the definitions of some important words that will be used throughout the Privacy Policy.

      • Privacy Policy (with a capital P) refers to Our agreement with You about Our own privacy practices.
      • We, Us, Our, or the Company all refer to Wizard Enterprises, Inc., which does business as Protect Your ABCs.
      • You or Your refers to any person who reads or accepts the Privacy Policy, whether acting in a personal capacity or on behalf of an organization, such as a business.
      • Product or Products refers to the digital products and consultation services that We sell to You.
      • Customer refers to any person or entity with whom We have formed a customer relationship.
      • Website refers to www.protectyourabcs.com.

You’ll know that these words have a special meaning throughout the agreement because they will all be capitalized. So if You see the capitalization of words that seems random, it’s not poor grammar on Our part; instead, that’s Our indication to You that those capitalized words are defined Privacy Policy in this agreement.

All other important words are defined in the answer to the relevant question. You’ll know it’s a word with a special meaning because it will be in bold and italicized font like this the first time it’s used and then capitalized with every subsequent use.

The Privacy Policy is a legally binding agreement between You and Us concerning Our privacy practices. A legally binding agreement is one that can be enforced in a court of law.

We reserve the right to update or modify the Privacy Policy at any time. We will also post a “Last Updated” date on the Privacy Policy so that you can identify when it was most recently changed.

We collect two types of information: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

  • Personal Information refers to data that can be used to identify or contact You. This includes Your name, email address, postal address, credit card information, telephone number, and Internet Protocol (IP) address.
  • Non-Personal Information refers to data that is anonymized and cannot be used to identify You. This includes the type of information collected by cookies and similar technology. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on Your computer’s hard drive. Your web browser is usually set up to initially accept cookies, but You can change this feature in your browser settings.

We only collect the Personal Information that You submit to us voluntarily when You send Us an email, purchase Our Products, download a free resource from Our Website, sign up for Our mailing list, use a contact form on Our Website, post a comment on Our Website, or engage in other similar activities.

In addition, We may see certain Personal Information from third party apps and services that allow us to:

  • Process any purchases of Our Products;
  • Remarket Our services and Products to You on other websites; and
  • Monitor website traffic, email conversion, and other analytics data.

We may also see your personal information when We work with third party processors, like Our email provider and web host. For EU residents, please note that this means We may transmit your data across international borders.

We may collect Non-Personal Information automatically through cookies and similar technology.

We use Your Personal Information to respond to communications that You send to Us, to provide You with Our services, and to send You important updates about Our policies.

We may also use Your Personal Information to:

  • customize, analyze, adjust, and improve Our Website to better meet Your needs;
  • enforce Our agreements with You;
  • prevent fraud and other prohibited or illegal activities; and
  • comply with court orders, subpoenas, warrants, or other requests as required by law.

In addition, We may use Your Personal Information to contact You about Our Products or services which We think You may be interested in. You can unsubscribe from these marketing messages at any time.

Non-Personal Information: We may use cookies and similar technology to personalize or improve the site, keep track of where visitors to Our Website are located, and other similar uses.

The Company uses commercially reasonable methods to secure information that We transmit through the Internet or store in the cloud. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server software to prevent unauthorized access to the information You submit through the contact forms on Our Website. When You submit information through Our Website, SSL encrypts all the information that You enter before it is sent to Us and Our third-party service providers. You can identify the secure connection by looking at the URL, which will begin with “https:” (instead of “http:”).

However, it is impossible to completely safeguard information transmitted through Internet connections or stored online. This is because networked technology is constantly developing, and hackers and other bad actors are quick to adapt to changes and persistent in finding ways to breach security protocols. There is a small chance that, even though We use commercially reasonable security measures and follow best practices for securing confidential information, Customer information could be breached. By agreeing to work with Us, You accept this risk.

You also accept Your responsibility to take adequate measures to secure Your information, such as by using strong passwords that You don’t share with others and by accessing the Internet through secure networks. We take no responsibility for a breach of Your information which is a result of Your failure to use adequate security measures when communicating with Us.

While We will never sell Your Personal Information, We rely on trusted third parties to assist in interacting with the public. These include:

  • Bluehost
  • Google
  • Google Analytics
  • HighLevel
  • Mailchimp
  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • WordPress
  • Zapier

Your use of Our Website, Products, and services is subject to the privacy policies of Our third-party service providers, and We urge You to review and understand their privacy practices before using Our Website, Products, or services. You can find links to their privacy policies hyperlinked below:

  • Bluehost
  • Google
  • Google Analytics: Specifically, Google Analytics collects data about visitors to the Website via Google advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers, in addition to other data which may be collected through a standard Google Analytics implementation. We do not merge Personal Information with Non-Personal Information collected through any Google advertising product or feature. Should You wish to opt out of any Google Analytics Advertising features, You are encouraged to change your Ad Settings and Ad Setting for mobile apps, through the NAI’s consumer opt-out, or by using any of the other opt-out options currently available: currently available opt-outs.

We shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any third-party service provider in connection with the use of Our Website, Products, or services.

If part or all of the Company is in the process of a potential transaction, bought, sold, or otherwise transferred, your information will likely be shared for evaluation purposes and included among the transferred business assets. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of the Company or its assets may continue to use Your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

We do not intend that any portion of Our Website will be accessed or used by children under the age of eighteen, and such use is prohibited. By using Our Website, You represent that You are at least eighteen years old and understand that You must be at least eighteen years old in order to send us Personal Information and receive services from Us. We will promptly delete the Personal Information of any user of Our Website when We obtain actual knowledge that such users are under the age of eighteen.

You own Your personal information and have rights to it. For example, You have the rights to:

  • Withdraw Your consent for Us to market Our Products and services to You and otherwise use the personal information You have provided to Us. Withdrawing consent is easy. Simply click “unsubscribe” in the footer of Our emails or email Us at hello@protectyourabcs.com.
  • Request a copy of the information We have about You;
  • Be forgotten (that is, have Your data deleted and/or ask Us to stop using Your information for any purpose);
  • Correct inaccurate information We have about You (and that means We will notify other service providers We use, and who hold Your personal information for Us, of those changes as well);
  • Object to direct marketing and profiling (for example, We will remove You from our email list and from any list We have uploaded for the purposes of creating custom or retargeted audiences). We also encourage You to disable data collection services on your browser;
  • Make complaints about the use of Your data to regulatory authorities.

We will comply with any of the above requests within 30 days.

Furthermore, We make commercially reasonable efforts to work with data controllers (like Our email provider) who guarantee compliance with privacy laws like the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.

We store your personal information only for as long as it is needed to use it for the reasons You have consented to.

Occasionally, We will revise this policy and will use Your contact information to notify You of these changes if they reduce Your privacy rights in any way.

No. Our Privacy Policy is part of Our Terms of Use (which governs the use of Our Website) and Our Terms of Purchase (which governs the sale of Our products). In addition, if You become Our Customer, You will need to sign another agreement based on the types of services that will be provided to you.

The Privacy Policy constitutes an electronic agreement. Consistent with New York State law, You agree (as does the Company) that this agreement can be signed electronically. You also agree that clicking the box before or after the sentence “I understand and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” or a similar statement is equivalent to Your electronic signature.

If You have complaints or other issues with the Website, the Privacy Policy, or the Company’s Products or services, You should contact the Company.

If a workable resolution can’t be reached by working with the Company, then another dispute resolution mechanism will need to be used. In that case:

  • The Privacy Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
  • In addition, You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in the state of New York.

The Privacy Policy represent Our entire agreement with You concerning Our privacy practices.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Privacy Policy is not a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Privacy Policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision so found, and not the rest of the Privacy Policy, will be inoperative.

If You have questions about the Privacy Policy, contact us at hello@protectyourabcs.com
